The Consult

With the exception of our mini sessions, such as "Just Me" headshots or seasonal themed minis which are booked online, all the luxury sessions start with a consultation in the studio. This can also be done over the phone or through a video chat. During your consultation we go over pricing, expectations, contracts and products. We find out what your vision for the session is along with your preferences, and we do our best to incorporate them into your session for a truly couture experience.

Once we know your preferences, we go over studio expectations and what we require from you. How to prepare for your session, how to order prints and products, and how to select your print products for display in your home. We also offer in home consultations for our V.I.P. clients to ensure the image placement compliments your home decor.

After booking, you will receive a New Client Welcome Pack for our basic session clients, this is an informational email. For our luxury clients, it includes style guidance, product information and preparation instructions. For our V.I.P. clients, we include a personal shopper if needed and a beauty consultant team to help you prepare.

Whether you are getting a luxury session with styling, hair and makeup pampering, and glamorous looks, a branding session with marketing ideas and images that propel you forward, or a boudoir experience where you feel confident and empowered, you are going to love the attention to detail and overall amazing experience that we offer.

The Session

The day has arrived, and you might be feeling a little nervous but rest assured, you are in expert hands. When you arrive to the studio you will receive a smile and a cheery hello! We will help you carry in any clothes, accessories or props that you might have brought with you.

For our luxury clients, we will set you up in hair and makeup, get you a drink and snacks, and turn on your favorite music. If you have selected the full glam package, our hair and makeup artist will treat you to a fun experience of pampering and beauty. This can take between 1-2 hours.

For V.I.P. clients, you can select the in-home option, and everything will be brought to you and catered around your needs.

Once you are finished with hair and makeup, we will begin with your most casual outfit first.

JoLee will coach you through posing and employ a variety of tricks to help you loosen up and feel comfortable in front of the camera.  The session lasts around 45 minutes to an hour and after we are finished, we will assist you in getting your things back to your car.

You will feel excited, happy and best of all, you will look gorgeous.

The Viewing and Ordering Session

After the session JoLee will process your images. For basic sessions, this can be done while you wait in the studio. For luxury and V.I.P. clients this is typically done within 1-2 days.

If you selected the personal selection option during your consult, JoLee will only minimally process your images, allowing you to select the images you want and choose how you want them edited. If you selected the custom art experience, JoLee will select your images for you, completely  finish the images and allow you to make final selections from the in-person reveal. This option is only available with pre-payment of packages or the V.I.P experience.

After you select the images you would like to purchase, JoLee will perform final edits and order your luxury, archival museum quality prints and products for you. From editing to ordering to delivery, you can expect a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks, or up to 6 weeks for luxury out of country items. Print items can be picked up from the studio or delivered directly for an additional fee. For V.I.P. clients, personal delivery of big-ticket items and installation is included.
